The Macedonian-born beauty Sanja Nikolic, the co-host of Music Idol's third season in Bulgaria, has refused an offer from Playboy to appear on its cover pages.

The men's magazine had reportedly made an official offer to Nikolic, which she categorically refused, saying: "I have no desire for my name to be associated with such advertisement, as there are a lot more dignified ways for me to succeed in life". Additionally, she cited her "conservative family and traditional upbringing", as quoted by website avtora.com

Nikolic claims it was not the first time erotic magazines have made advances to her, especially since in 2000 she won the title Miss Macedonia.
