The second part of the documentary "Die Easy" was presented on June 2 at a Sofia municipality press conference.

In the first part of the film, author Emilia Antova had told of the lethal consequences of substance addiction and abuse. The second instalment will concentrate on road accidents.

"The idea of the second part of Die Easy, hit me when I visited Yambol and saw the photographs of a man called Georgi after a crash," she said. According to Antonova, the film revolves around four true cases of people affected by such tragedies.

The movie will be aired in 14 cities nationwide as well as Sofia. The target audience for the documentary is young secondary school graduates, and young drivers in general, who are about to apply for their driver's licence. It aims to present objectively the shocking fallout from accidents - including maiming and fatalities - as a result of a momentary lapse of reason, drunkenness or irresponsible behaviour.

The Second English Gymnasium in Sofia will air the documentary on June 2. According to Sofia deputy mayor Yordanka Fandukova, "the film is a good preventitive measure, which hopefully will bring young people to their senses and help curtail such accidents in the future," she said, as reported by Gradski.
