LM Office Centre will be completed by December 2009 in the western end of Varna, Bulgaria's largest seaside city. The project has been designated as a Class A office building. It is an expansive complex with a modern design, a combination that will consist of luxurious offices and retail space, Stroitelstvo Gradut reports.

The new complex will be perched on Yan Huniadi blvd, in the western end of Varna, an area that has gradually transformed itself in the past years into developed business centre with advanced infrastructure and easy access to the city centre via the Vladislav Varnenchik blvd, as well as Varna  Airport and Hemus motorway.

Varna's west end has witnessed the gradual transformation of the area and its emergence as a business and trade centre of the town with constant new investments in the construction of new malls, office buildings, and trade centres which are, in turn, near the western industrial zone of the town.

The primary investor in the scheme is LG group, with design being prepared by Lagis Ltd with chief architect Mario Angelov. The construction company is Elite Home.

The building is on a parcel consisting of 2191 sq m. whereas the office centre has a total of 4282 sq m gross built area with office and retail space. The main access to the entire complex is on the south, facing the boulevard.

The ground level boasts  a lobby with a large reception office, a cafe, three stores and a modern dentist clinic with entrances from the east. The main office facilities, however, are on the upper three storeys, with the second level accommodating six offices and a lobby, while on the third and fourth floors there are another 11 offices.
