Real estate investment company Winslow Development and Deutsche Bank announced they would build a closed-type residential complex in Bankya near Sofia.
Planned investment was worth 252 million leva, Dnevnik daily said.
The complex would be built on 150 000 sq m and include 1200 apartments.
Winslow Development refused to say when construction would start, nor when it was expected to be completed.
Winslow Gardens, another project by the same two companies for the Manastirski Livadi neighbourhood in Sofia, was expected to be granted building permits any moment, Winslow Development said.
Construction for this project, with an investment worth 200 million leva, was expected to be completed by 2009.
The complex would consist of six buildings, with 450 apartments.
