The two-story restaurant has a spacious common area as well as two separate rooms unique to Bulgaria. One of the room features copper-lined walls that emanate warmth and strength. Attached to it is an enoteca, a special place for connoisseurs, where guests can personally select the wine of their choice.

The crown jewel of American house is on the second floor. The walls are covered in onyx, a semi-precious stone considered holy in Tibet. The five-metre-long table, also from onyx, is a work of art more so than a piece of furniture. The antique chairs upholstered in embroidered silk and the discreet lighting contribute to the room’s authentic feel. It is the perfect setting for a special dining experience.
