The US Crown International Incorporated said it was interested in investments in Vratsa, Focus news agency said.
In a meeting with Vratsa mayor Totyu Mladenov, representatives of the company states their intentions to contribute to solving the region's ecological problems, particularly on the issue of refuse.
US Crown specialises in refuse processing technology, which produce usable by-products, Focus news agency said.
The technology could be used for the processing of consumer, toxic, medical, instrument and production refuse.
