US ambassador to Bulgaria John Beyrle will take part in American Food Week in Bulgaria.

He would join local culinary show host Uti Buchvarov to cook typical American dishes. The event is scheduled for 12am on March 24 2007 in Piccadilly hypermarket in Mall of Sofia.

American Food Week will be held in Sofia, Varna, Bourgas and Veliko Turnovo from March 22 to April 1 2007.

American cuisine and food products available in Bulgaria among which meat, fish, sauces and snacks, will be presented during the week. US recipes and ways of cooking will also be shown.

Those who visit the event will be offered the chance to taste US wines and delicacies.
