Unemployment in Bulgaria dropped by 4101 to 245 275 in November 2007, reaching 6.62 per cent, National Employment Agency said as quoted by investor.bg.
The overall number of unemployed decreased by 76 652 on annual basis.
More than 23 500 work places were opened in November 2007. Nearly half of them, 11 000, were in the primary labour market, the rest were created by employment programmes.
More than 24 660 people found a job in November 2007, an increase by 45.3 per cent compared to the October figures.
