Atlas Estates, a UK investment fund facing Central and Eastern Europe, set foothold in Bulgaria through the purchase of an office building in downtown Sofia.
The move of the company, listed on the AIM segment of the London Stock Exchange, is part of its strategy to have a broader reach in the Central and East European region.
The 3,742 sq m building, rented in full, has an annual return on investment of 8.2 per cent. Tenants pay on average a monthly rent of 14 euros per sq m.
Furthermore, Atlas' Bulgarian office will also be situated in Sofia.
