Lats year's surprise in the Bulgarian championship, Lokomotiv Sofia, will play against Serbia's FK Borac Čačak team, the draw decided. Lokomitiv will host the first game on August 14, returning the visit on August 28.

Borac won its right to play against the Bulgarian side after a 2:4 victory against Moldavian FC Dacia Chisinau on July 31. The Serbian team plays in the town of Čačak whose stadium has a capacity of 4000 seats. In last year's Serbian championship the team finished fourth.

The third Bulgarian representative in the tournament, Cherno More, from the Black Sea city of Varna, will face Israel's Maccabi Netanya FC.

To do that Cherno More had to beat Sant Julia from Andorra. Cherno More won easily by 9:0 in total after the two games played against Sant Julia. Cherno More is Bulgaria's representative in the Intertoto Cup tournament after finishing fifth in last season's Bulgarian championship.
