Bulgarian weight lifters won two medals in the European Junior Championship, held in Spain between October 6 and 14 2007.
The championship was for juniors under 20 years.
Ivan Markov won the bronze in the category up to 77kg, Focus news agency reported. Markov lifted only five kg less that the gold winner Sergei Lagun from Belarus.
Markov is brother of the weight lifting European and world champion for 2002 Georgi Markov.
On October 9, another Bulgarian, Vladimir Ouroumov, become European champion in the category up to 56kg.
