Twenty-three thousand leva stolen in Vidin

Last Friday an unidentified person stole 23 000 leva from an ATM in Bulgaria’s second largest Danube city of Vidin, private broadcaster bTV reported.

The robbery happened during the night of April 25. The thief broke into the former premises of Vida at Panonia Boulevard in Vidin through the front door. He cut the coding device of the metal door of the ATM and stole the money.

Vidin Regional Police Office said they were pursuing leads regarding the case.
