TUI Nordic, a daughter company for the Scandinavian market of TUI tourism agency will open in June a hotel in Bulgaria’s Tsarevo.
The hotel will accommodate Norwegian and Swedish tourists, Dnevnik newspaper reported. Tsarevo has been chosen as a centre for investment on the southern Black Sea coast, municipality representatives said.
Construction work on the four-star Serenity Bay hotel is nearing its end. The hotel has 190 apartments and 60 suits. It can accommodate 600 visitors. Serenity Bay has been especially constructed for Scandinavian tourists and will function as family tourism base. The project costs 110 million euro.
If this investment is successful several others will follow, TUI representatives said. Bulgaria is proving to be a suitable destination for family tourism.
