Bio-fuels production, trade, tourism and agricultural products processing are the most preferred spheres of business in Bulgaria.
These are the results from the first participants in a training course involving employed and unemployed people in Plovdiv. The project was organised by the Unions of Science and Technology in Plovdiv, Dnevnik daily reported.
Participants who successfully pass the course will gain qualification in management.
The project is under the Phare programme for human resources development and entrepreneurship encouragement in the region. Some 30 unemployed and employed people who want to increase their qualifications or change their profession will undergo training.
The first group of 10 people started their education from July 2. The next one will start from September 3. The period of training is five-and-a-half months during which the trainees will receive a stipend of 90 euro a month.
The programme includes entrepreneurship modules, business planning, trade and tax legislation and market research.
