The Lodge Hotel, Bulgaria’s first four-star boutique hotel, was officially opened in January this year. The boutique Lodge serves as a base especially for luxurious skiing holidays, summer mountain walks and outdoor activities. The comfort and service are designed for family and business guests alike.
Located in the magnificent Rila mountains in the National Forest and close to the Seven Lakes, the hotel and its features show our commitment to respecting the environment and traditions of the region.
The hotel is peaceful, with easy access to the ski-lift at Borovets.
The Lodge displays stylish modern features with stunning contemporary architectural finishes setting the tone of the hotel, with its own easy access to the gondola. The hotel ski school, spa centre, fitness gym and indoor pool are staffed by professional teams.
Accommodation at the hotel is designed to suit the needs of families and business guests.
There are apartments for two, three, four and five people. The apartments have under-floor heating, wireless internet connection, complimentary mini-bar and furniture made from 100 per cent natural materials. There are two conference halls suitable for team-building sessions, each with a capacity for 25 people.
“Whether for a holiday, short break or business conference and throughout the year, our staff offer you everything for memorable moments,” said Mr. Christos Tectonidis, General Manager of The Lodge Hotel.
In addition to the wonderful spa that provides the best massages ever, the hotel’s fine dining restaurant is an experience to savour three times a day. Chef Mr. Andrey Kasev has proved his skills to numerous international celebrities abroad like Tina Turner and the Manchester United team.
The restaurant provides options of organic and healthy foods, international cuisine, a wide selection of Bulgarian and foreign fine wines and an open kitchen bar.
The spa entices you away from reality. Enjoying its relaxing procedures, you can travel to Thailand and feel as if you are sailing on a cruise. There is a indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, stream bath, fitness, reflexology, aroma therapy, head massage, Swedish classical massage, Shiatsu and much more.
Throughout the year, The Lodge has a team of instructors who organise mountain hiking and biking, horse-riding, fishing, rafting and baby sitting. Team buildings and entertainment events are customary options for clients.
Most of the winter guests come to ski. The hotel’s ski school is equipped with professional ski and snowboard equipment supplied from Austria. There is also a ski service department and of course a team of professional ski and snow board instructors who offer each client the personal touch.
