National Museum of History will exhibit some of Bulgaria’s most valuable gold Thracian treasures, the Panagyursko, Rogozensko and Borovsko treasures.
The exhibition will open at 11am on February 10. Visitors can see the treasures until February 24, Focus news agency said.
Panagyursko, Rogozensko and Borovsko treasures are considered part of the world’s most valuable cultural and historical heritage. All three treasures were found by chance and date back to fifth and sixth centuries BC.
The treasures have been shown in some of the most prestigious museums in the world, Focus said.
They have been exposed in Paris for three months, but will return to Bulgaria on February 7 2007.
Switzerland is the next stop of the exhibition.
