
Immofinance and Bellevue Property Management turned the first sod of Sozopolis holiday village, to be located on Kolokita island, 2 km south of Sozopol.
The project was presented by Ivan Nikolov and Ivan Takov, managing directors of Immofinance and Mihail Zaimov, project manager.
The new holiday complex would spread on 88 500 sq m plot and would comprise 147 separate units – single and two-family houses, offering a total of 167 residential units, including shops, eateries, a luxury hotel with SPA centre, offices and entertainment places.
The investment would be worth 45 million euro. Architect Hristo Lazarov from A3 Design Bureau was the author of the architectural project, which included 56 two-story semi-detached houses and 21 single-family houses.
One- and two-bedroom apartments in the complex would have an area of 62 to 100 sq m, three-bedroom flats in Sozopolis would offer 147 to 175 sq m living area. Each of the 365 sq m single-family houses would boast its own garden, sprawled on a total 500 sq m stretch.
Residential units would sell completely finished, designed and furnished according to client’s individual preferences.
The future resort village would attract with its authentic architecture, preserved and reinstated archaeological excavations on Kolokita cape and picturesque landscape, Immofinance officials said.
