The day of the leaders of the Bulgarian National Revival, November 1 2007, will be commemorated with a solemn hoisting of Bulgaria’s national flag.

The hoisting will held at 12am in front of main entrance of Presidency, Bulgarian news agency BTA said.

Solemn change of the guards will follow.

The ritual began in 2004 on the initiative of President Georgi Purvanov.

High officials, among which National Assembly spokesperson Georgi Pirinski, Prime Minister Sergei Stanishev, Education Minister Daniel Vulchev, Culture Minister Stefan Danailov, chairs of parliamentary committees are among the guests invited.
