Sofia hosts the Parliamentary Assembly of the Central European Initiative (CEI) parliamentary dimension. The forum started at 3.30pm on November 20 at the Boyana Residence, the press centre of the Parliament said as reported by Bulgarian News Agency BTA.

The work of the Parliamentary Assembly was presided by Boiko Boev, chairman of the permanent delegation of the Parliament at the CEI Parliamentary Dimension. He read a greeting on behalf of Parliament's spokesperson Georgi Pirinski, BTA reported.

Before the official opening of the Parliamentary Assembly the General Committees on Economic Affairs, on Political and Home Affairs and on Cultural Affairs held their meetings.

On November 21, participants in the forum would discuss the future of CEI's parliamentary dimension.
