A survey shows the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) is the most preferred political formation in the country.
Nearly 23 per cent of the surveyed Bulgarians support the BSP, Focus news agency reported. Ultra-nationalist movement Ataka ranks second with a 12 per cent support body.
The Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) ranks third, followed by the National Movement Simeon II (NMSII), Democrats for Strong Bulgaria (DSB) and the Union of Democratic Forces (UDF).
According to sociologists the UDF is gaining support. One of the reasons for the development is the public support Sofia mayor Boiko Borissov gave the right-wing party, Focus reported.
