The national football team lost a control match against Slovakia on November 15.
Slovakians scored three goals against the one produced by Bulgarian football players, Darik Radio reported.
The team of coach Hristo Stoichkov was helpless until the 80th minute, Darik reported. Only then the first timer Kaloyan Karadzhinov, who replaced team captain Stiliyan Petrov, scored Bulgaria’s only goal.
Slovakia took an early lead in the ninth minute, followed by goals in the 52nd minute and a penalty in the 77th.
A total of 4823 fans witnessed the match in Slovakia, Darik reported.
