Six arrested for drug dealing in Bulgaria’s Stara Zagora

Stara Zagora police detained six people on charges of drug dealing during an anti-drug-trafficking operation on January 8 2008.

Police searched a private home in the outskirts of the town, where two men, aged 27 and 20, and a 12-year-old girl lived, Focus news agency said.

Police seized amphetamine, heroin, marijuana and nearly 30 pills of Rivotril.

Two local citizens, both aged 20, were detained while buying drugs.

During the operation, police searched a second apartment, which was used by a 23-year-old man from Simeonovgrad. In this search police seized marijuana, cocaine and heroin.

A man, who was present in the second apartment during the police search, had almost 50gr m of marihuana and 0.5gr of amphetamine on him. Another person was found who had 100gr of amphetamine on him. The drugs were seized and the investigation continued, Focus news agency said.
