Siemens Business Services said it disagreed with the expert evaluation of the offers for the creation of Bulgaria’s e-government.
In case the State Administration Ministry selected the tender winner based on the evaluation, Siemens was going to defend its rights following Bulgarian legal procedures, Darik Radio said quoting the official statement of the company.
Siemens’ offer involves the completion of the project for 3.986 million leva, VAT not included. After all offers were opened, it became clear that Siemens’ offer was 1.068 million leva cheaper that the one of Hewlett Packard, company representatives said.
Based on technical criteria, Siemens’ offer received a 30 per cent poorer evaluation than HP. Company representatives said the evaluation was unfound, as the company was going to use internationally acknowledged technology for the project.
Previously the e-government tender led to controversy, as according to some the tender procedure favoured HP over other companies, Darik reported.
