The Regional Court in Dobrich has ordered a subpoena to be served on Serbian businessman Mirolyub Gaic, BTA announced on October 26.
The court postponed the hearing originally scheduled for October 26 because the defendant did not appear.
The next hearing was set for December 14, the court announced, when the hearing would start from the beginning because of a change of juror.
Gaic is accused of having threatened seven depositors of Yugoagent-Vlozhenie during February - May 1995, and caused damages of 2 693 660 old leva, BTA said.
Gaic had been arrested in Dobrich after the collapse of the so-called financial piramids in thte 1990s. Yugoagent-Vlozhenie was used to collect the money from the entire country.
