The second issue of Bulgaria’s first specialised English-language property magazine PropertyWise is coming out on November 24.

What is the real situation in Bulgaria's main ski resorts? Is the rosy picture of Bulgaria's real estate market drawn by property developers and agents quite realistic? Is it really a good idea to invest in Bulgaria's ski resorts?
