Bulgaria's EU accession would affect insignificantly property prices, Dnevnik newspaper said.
The average increase of the prices would be about 20 per cent in 2007 and about 15 per cent in 2008, Dnevnik said.
Offices would be the most popular property in 2007, Dnevnik said.
Differentiation in residential property prices would deepen and the prices of luxurious lots with good infrastructure and quality construction would continue rising.
The revenue from property in business centres would keep its market share of about nine per cent, a property agency representative told Dnevnik.
Property in business centres demand would raise after Bulgaria's EU accession as European institutions would need luxurious offices. Big international companies would also open offices in Bulgaria and would need offices, the representative said.
