UK Lewis Charles Sofia Property Fund invested in three big property projects within two weeks, Dnevnik daily said.
The fund purchased two plots near the town of Razlog, a few kilometers away from Bansko winter resort. The investment is worth 5.4 million euro.
Lewis Charles plans to construct residential buildings on the sites. The fund will build 73 luxurious apartments and four villas. The construction will begin in April 2007. Part of the apartments have already been sold.
The second site is to be used for the building of nearly 150 apartments, Dnevnik said.
UK investment, consulting and construction company Westhill will be the projects' executive. The company already works on other Lewis Charles projects.
Lewis Charles announced two other projects in Bulgaria in the past weeks. The fund invested 2.42 million euro in a residential building construction in Veliko Turnovo and another 3.55 million euro in two sites in Plovdiv where it would construct residential buildings, Dnevniks said.
