Can you imagine calling a skyscraper your home? Sounds crazy, but it may be a dream come true for some residents of the Polish capital Warsaw, who are eagerly participating to see the launch of the Zlota 44 project.

The French Orco Property Group is planning to develop in Warsaw the most spectacular high-rise apartment complex in Europe. The Zlota 44, will be based at 44 Zlota Street, in the very centre of Warsaw and it will be an extra luxurious apartment high rise of a unique standard offered to its residents.

Sophisticated amenities and unique shape of the building will give a new symbol, a new dimension of the sky above the capital of Poland.

The author of the project, Daniel Libeskind, is a world famous architect with Polish roots. His projects have become a living symbol all over the world and his ideas have influenced a new generation of architects and those interested in the future development of cities and culture.

Libeskind’s work has been exhibited extensively in major museums and galleries around the world and has also been the subject of numerous international publications in many languages. His buildings have appeared on the covers of Time magazine, Newsweek, Architectural Record, and the Wall Street Journal, among others.

“We are focused on Warsaw because it is and it always will be a great city in Europe. It is the only city in Europe that has a large potential of reinventing itself because of historical reasons. Warsaw is one of the most attractive locations in Europe to realize such an iconic building,” says Jean Francois Ott, president and CEO of Orco Property Group.

“In real estate, the most important things are location, location and location. The place we have chosen is in the heart of the city,” he says.

Orco’s plan, which is still awaiting the approval by Polish authorities before its launch, is not designed only to quench the thirst of Libeskind for exploring the vast area of imagination. Projects like Zlota 44 show the company’s dedication to the luxury real estate market.

Orco is a leading investor, developer and asset manager on the Central and Eastern European real estate and hospitality market and manages assets of around 740 million euro. It operates in a number of countries including the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Russia, Croatia, Germany and Slovakia.

Focused on prime locations, Orco holds prestigious and varied assets in major cities that continue to increase in value. In Poland, Orco Property Group has so far developed four investments in Warsaw, including the luxury and stylish hotel Le Regina, situated in the Old Town of the city, the highest class MaMaison Residence in Chmielna Street, two flat building developments situated in Bialoleka, Flamenco Majolikowa and Aleja Szafirowa.
