A survey by Bulgarian polling agency Alpha Research shows that young and professionally active people visit Imoti Expo. Most of them have high income and education levels. The involvement of high-income individuals increased by 12 per cent.
The main aims of people visiting the forum include the search for potential clients, advertising and the establishment of business contacts.
According to the statistics, the average price of property presented at the exhibition reached 644 leva a sq m for three-bedroom apartments and prices for luxury property reached 1041 leva a sq m. Houses cost on average 773 leva a sq m, vacation property averaged 985 leva and office property 909 leva. The averages are lower than the maximum potential clients are willing to pay. A wide range of property, at varying prices, is being presented during Imoti Expo.
Two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments attracted most visitor interest, followed by bigger apartments, vacation property, vacation villas, houses and other property.
More than half of the visitors described offers as high, while a third considered the prices acceptable. Imoti Expo met the expectations of four fifths of the visitors.
