Real estate deals with municipal property were being inspected since December 11 2007, press office in Bulgaria's municipality of Primorsko announced.

The inspection would affect all property exchanges and decisions, as well as further management of properties in question, investor.bg said.

All municipal companies would undergo auditors’ examination to find out the real financial condition of the companies.

The municipal authorities said that they ‘inherited’ debts to suppliers worth an estimated 862 000 leva by mid-November 2007.

The municipality was still to find out what sum it would have to pay under lost trials, the press office said.
