The 13th Piccadilly supermarket will open its doors by the end of August in City Centre Mall in the northern town of Lovech. This will be the most modern supermarket in the city, which has a population of 40 000 people, Bulgarian-language daily Sega reported on August 13.
The supermarket will cover 1200 sq m and will offer about 15 000 products. New time-saving services include facilities for clients to pay their electricity, water, telephone and internet bills in cash as well as to take out third-party liability insurance policies.
The investor, Delta M Bulgaria, expected more than 3000 people to shop in Piccadilly Lovech every day. The company’s executive director, Aleksandar Čamparević, together with Lovech mayor Mincho Kazandjiev, are expected to open the new supermarket.
