To expand its credit products range, Overgas Capital AD signed a contract with DSK Bank for a credit line to the amount of 5 million leva, representatives of Overgas Capital AD announced as reported by Bulgarian News Agency BTA.
With the credit received, Overgas Capital AD would finance credits to individual and corporate clients, BTA said.
Overgas' daughter company started activities at the beginning of 2007.
The company was the first non banking institution in Bulgaria to offer credits for capital market investors.
