ONE MORE LOW-COST AIR CARRIER TO FLY BETWEEN BULGARIA’S CAPITAL AND ITALY
09:39 Mon 28 May 2007

Low-cost air carrier Air Italy announced through its website that it will launch regular flights between Sofia and Verona starting June 1.

Air Italy will offer flights every Monday and Friday, investor.bg reported.

Unlike other low cost air carriers, Air Italy announced gross prices, airport taxes included.

The price of a Sofia-Verona trip starts at 35 euro.  A test reservation made by investor.bg showed that tickets at the price of 70 euro with airport taxes included for almost all dates could be still found.

Air Italy was established in 2005. It makes use of three Boeing 757-200ER, two Boeing 767-300ER and two Boeing 767-300 aircraft.
