The logo of the newly set Bulgarian Development Bank (BDB) was unveiled to the public on July 28 in Sofia. Starting from the left Dimitur Dimitrov, chairman of BDB’s management board, Atanas Katsarchev, chairman of the banks supervisory board and BDB’s executive director Angel Gekov presented the logo. BDB was created in April after a Cabinet decreed it the successor of the former Encouragement Bank with equity of 89 million leva. The bank’s main function is to strengthen the export potential of the country’s small and medium-sized enterprises.
