Open doors days will be held in all the museums and galleries in the country between September 28 and 30 2007, as part of the European Heritage Days.
Bulgaria would commemorate the days for ninth time, a Culture Ministry press release said.
All the halls of the National Museum of History in Sofia will be opened for visitors. Currently, until October 11 the famous Thracian treasures are exhibited in the museum.
The National Gallery of Fine Arts will provide free access to its general exposition and painting exhibitions of Rositsa Stanisheva and Ivan Milev.
In the National Gallery for Foreign Arts, visitors will see an exhibition of young Bavarian artists, part of the days of Bavarian culture, as well as works of the US artist Roy Fox Lichtenstein.
Free entrance will offer the museums and galleries in Varna, Shumen, Veliko Turnovo, Plovdiv, Pleven, Bourgas, Blagoevgrad, Dobrich, Kyustendil. Pazardjik, Rousse, Smolyan, Stara Zagora, Turgovishte and Yanmob, among others.
