The coastal resort of Sunny Beach offers the most expensive shops among Bulgarian Black Sea resorts.

Property buyers willing to invest in shops at Black Sea resorts should consider that this could be a good but also very risky investment, investor.bg reported.

Those looking for year-round turnover invest in property in Bourgas and Varna. Investors looking for seasonal sales prefer newly developed hotel complexes in Nessebar, Pomorie and Sunny Beach.

Bourgas currently offers more than 100 shops and Varna registered twice higher supply.

Most shops are located in the cities and prices vary between 767 and 956 euro per sq m.

The highest shops supply is seen in regions with intensive construction.

Sunny Beach turns out to be the most expensive resort with an average price of 2200 euro per sq m.

Nessebar and Pomorie feature among the Black Sea towns with the cheapest offers.
