Depeche Mode would rock Sofia tonight. The show would start at 8pm on Lokomotiv stadium.

Tickets were offered in the beginning of the year and were sold out in one week, Darik Radio reported.

More than 30 000 people are expected to witness the show. Nearly 300 policemen would provide security. The stadium would be opened at 4pm and all fans are urged to arrive there as soon as possible.

Bulgarian band Nova Generatsia's (New Generation) warm-up performance is expected before the Depeche Mode concert starts.

Depeche Mode's technical team arrived in Bulgaria on June 15 to get the stadium ready for the performance, avtora.com reported.

Large screens were set up in the back of the stage. Each screen weighs six tons. The stage itself is 40 metres long and 18 metres high.
