Global Ratings is a joint-stock company with registered capital of 50 000 leva. 

The main shareholders are:
* Elana Holding  - trade on capital and stock markets, corporate finance, investment banking and asset management. The holding is majority owner of Elana Trading, Elana Fund Management, Elana Investment and Elana Eurofund.
* Sofconsulting AD is a company established in 2004 specialised in overall legal, financial and accounting services for its customers.
* Vanya Vassileva, Christine Gantcheva, Ivan Handjiev and Ekaterina Filcheva as individual shareholders. 

The management of Global Ratings consists of a board of directors with three members. The chairman of the board is Kamen Kolchev, chairman and CEO of Elana Holding and is represented as chairman of BALII, he is a member of BIBA. Vanya Vassileva is executive director and a member of the board of Global Ratings. Christine Gantcheva is a a member of the board and is chairperson of the rating committee. She has eight years of professional experience in the banking sector, six as director of public finance directorate at Municipal Bank Plc. She has participated as a rating adviser in the process of initial assignment and annual surveillance of the credit ratings of Sofia municipality, Plovdiv municipality, Blagoevgrad municipality and Municipal Bank Plc.
