Bulgarian blues performers were selected to warm up for Gary Moore at his long-awaited concert in Sofia.

The bands selected were 5XL and Little Big Band, avtora.com reported. They are expected to perform famous songs and covers of popular blues themes.

The event will be held at 8pm on September 8 2007 in Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture (NDK).

Moore and his crew will arrive in Bulgaria on the day of the concert.

He plans to give an unforgettable two-hour concert to compensate his fans for the long wait, avtora.com said. Still Got the Blues, Spanish Guitar, Since I Met You Babe, Midnight Blues and Story of the Blues, as well as brand new compositions, feature in the set list of the concert.

Moore postponed his concert in Sofia in May 2007, due to health problems.
