Bulgarian developer Limex City EAD is to be awarded a first class investor certificate from the Bulgarian Investment Agency for its Winslow Gardens project in Manastirski Livadi – Iztok neighbourhood in Bulgarian capital Sofia.
Bulgaria's Economy and Energy Minister Petar Dimitrov will award the certificate at a ceremony on October 5 at the Ministry of Economy and Energy.
The project worth 200 million leva will be developed in five stages, the first of which has already been completed but will not be open to tenants before the end of 2009. The last stage is due in three years' time.
The project will develop a latest-generation multi-purpose complex to house residential buildings, offices, retail space, a sports hall, a SPA complex, restaurants, services zones, among others.
The project will spread on 4.2 hectares and will have 103 000 sq m built up space, of which 20 000 sq m will be underground.
