An International Monetary Fund (IMF) expert group is to visit Bulgaria and its mission will last until December 19.
Head of the IMF mission to Bulgaria Robert Hageman is to lead the evaluation sessions, Darik Radio reported.
IMF representatives will carry out a fourth and final evaluation of the IMF agreement with bulgaria. The agreement is to end upon Bulgaria's EU entry.
Talks will focus on the execution of budget 2006, as well as the on the draft budget 2007.
Bulgaria's agreement with the IMF is to last until March 2007, after a six-month extension was approved.
During the third agreement evaluation IMF representatives said that Bulgaria's macroeconomic indicators were positive and the continuation of structural reforms was going to enable the country make full use of the opportunities to come along with its EU membership.
