Hungarian president László Sólyom arrives in Sofia on February 5 2008 on a two-day visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of Bulgarian President Georgi Purvanov.
The agenda of his visit includes a private meeting with Purvanov, as well as Parliament Speaker Georgi Pirinski and Prime Minister Sergei Stanishev, as well as plenary meetings of the official delegations, the Bulgarian President's press service said in a statement.
On February 6, the Hungarian president will visit the city of Shoumen, where he will lay a wreath on Lajos Kossuth's monument and will see his museum house.
On the same day, Sólyom will also attend the ceremony that will make Iordan Iordanov Hungary's honorary consul to Varna and will visit the Vladislav Varnenchik museum complex.
