Apartment rents in Bulgaria’s capital became more expensive by 15 to 50 euro on the average.
Highest price increases occurred in the districts where construction was most intense, Novinar newspaper reported.
A two-bedroom apartment in Belite Brezi district may rent for as much as 300 euro a month. The rents for three-bedroom apartments are on the average 100 euro higher.
Rents in districts like Liulin and Mladost became 17 euro higher on the average, compared to rents in the end of 2005. Prices in Druzhba district fell by 20 euro compared to the January levels.
All types of property for rent in Ivan Vazov district became more expensive. In Lozenetz district the rent of three-bedroom apartments reached 600 euro a month.
Renting an apartment in the centre of the capital costs 570 euro a month on the average, Novinar reported.
