The National Gallery For Foreign Art in Sofia will present Marilyn Monroe and America in the 1960’s through the photographs of Lawrence Schiller.

The exhibition will be officially opened at 6pm on November 30 2007.

It consists of photos of famous politicians and celebrities made in the 1960’s.

Pictures of Marilyn Monroe, Richard Nixon, Joe DiMaggio, Buster Keaton, Robert F. Kennedy, Paul Newman, Robert Redford, Muhammad Ali, Barbara Streisand, Walt Disney and Sophia Loren are only a few of the images to be shown in Sofia.

Schiller will be present at the news conference on the occasion of the exhibition to be held on November 26.
