Investors in Bulgaria suffered lack of qualified workers and poor functioning of municipal authorities, German ambassador to Bulgaria Michael Geier said.
Germany was Bulgaria’s biggest trade partner, he said as quoted by Focus news agency.
German companies invested more than one billion euro in Bulgaria up till now, Geier said.
Geier said that Bulgaria was a perfect place for investment and setting up of companies to serve the Middle East.
Bulgaria’s attractiveness resulted from its geographical location and technological capacity, Geier said.
