
One of the most well-known names in pop music, George Michael, will stage a concert in Bulgaria as part of his 25 Live Tour.
The concert will also show support for the five Bulgarian nurses sentenced to death for intentional HIV infection in Libya.
Fans in Bulgaria will see Michael perform live starting 8pm on May 28. Lokomotiv stadium will host the event, avtora.com reported.
According to preliminary information Michael will connect some of the tracks to the trial in Libya.
Organisers of the concert said that Michael cancelled already announced concert in the German city of Dusseldorf to support the nurses.
The celebrity will arrive in Bulgaria together with a 150-member crew and huge amount of equipment.
Ticket prices will vary between 50 and 70 leva. Most of the money acquired will be donated to the campaign in support of the nurses.
