Former Macedonian prime minister Ljubco Georgievski will run in the local elections in Bulgaria.
Georgievski is currently an Assembly deputy of VMRO-NP [Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organization-People's Party] in the Macedonian Assembly.
The former prime minister has been a Bulgarian national for two years, according to Focus news agency.
He has been a legal resident of Blagoevgrad in south-western Bulgaria.
The former manager of Balkan Bank in Skopje, Kiril Pendev, will also run in the elections, according to the Macedonian A1 TV.
