The European Commission (EC) decided on February 1 that foreigners with a valid Schengen visa can stay on the territory of Bulgaria, Romania and Cyprus for up to five days, Interfax news agency said.
The new rules will go into force 20 days after publication of the decision. The three countries have until February 11 to let the EC know whether they agree with the decision, mediapool.bg said.
