Investors and real estate experts from several countries will take part in the first all Balkan property exhibition BalPEx.

The exhibition will take place together with a conference entitled Balkan Real Estate (BalREc) - Sofia, Bucharest, Belgrade, Dnevnik daily reported quoting organisers Balkan Consultancy Centre (BCC).

Exhibition and seminars will take place from May 17 to May 20.

The exhibition will present property development in Sofia, Bucharest and Belgrade. Oportunities for joint projects and partnership in attracting foreign investment in the sphere also feature among subjects of discussion.

The conference targets investors, construction and design companies, financial institutions and agencies specialised in the sector.

Managers of some of the largest real estate companies in the region will take part in the forum..

The programme envisions discussions on office, commercial property and retail property developments.

Industrial property, residential property on the Balkans, the potential of holiday villages and the new tendencies in coastal and winter resorts feature among the other topics of discussion.
