On April 7, Tottenham Hotspur and Bulgarian national soccer team player Dimitar Berbatov gave Foreign Minister Ivailo Kalfin an unwashed Tottenham jersey in exchange for a ministry plaquette. Kalfin awarded Berbatov with the plaquette in recognition of his contribution to Bulgaria’s positive image abroad. ‘Sorry, I did not have the time to wash it,’ Berbatov said.
